Our goal, to become the UK's most reputable editorial channel of quality film and content production. I sat within a team focused on the commercial side of film, personally responsible for the creative direction, design, user experience and CMS build of the films website, products, VOD platforms and new business brand development, sponsored series concepts, design and campaign packages. Collaborating with art directors and producers in editorial to ensure the brand connection between film and the sponsored campaign websites and collateral.

Within the first year, we saw a fantastic response from brands, securing contracts with Intel, Mischon De Reya, DXC Technologies, EY and Woolmark to sponsor a series of films. With tight budgets and deadlines, I hired design and development teams to provide a digital design agency service to sponsors. At times I was balancing 3-4 projects with boutique-sized agile teams, we had some great wins, loads of fun, and a few sharp learning curves along the way.
